Website and franchise relationship
To A Tea Delis, LLC is an independent franchisee that owns and operates McAlister's Deli restaurants in Greenwood and Cleveland, Mississippi. McAlister's Deli trademarks and brand materials belong to their respective owner. Links to McAlister's ordering, rewards, social, or location services lead to third-party services with separate terms.
Employment applications
An application is a request to be considered for possible employment; it is not an employment offer or promise of an interview. You agree to provide accurate information. To A Tea Delis may verify application information as permitted by law and may request additional information later through an appropriate process. Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking details, health information, or other highly sensitive records through the website.
To A Tea Delis considers qualified applicants without regard to characteristics protected by applicable law. Reasonable accommodations for the application process may be requested by calling (662) 219-2049.
Prescreener and human review
The application includes job-related Sweet TEA scenarios, short reflection questions, and a five-question basic restaurant-skills check. It is not timed. A local manager reviews applications; no algorithm makes the hiring decision, and no single response or score automatically disqualifies an applicant. Traffic metrics, time spent, coarse region, spelling, grammar, and writing style are not hiring criteria. Read the Applicant Notices before submitting.
Drug-free-workplace notice
To A Tea Delis prohibits working while impaired and the possession, use, distribution, or sale of illegal drugs at work. Alcohol misuse at work is prohibited. No specimen is requested through this application. The application acknowledgment is not notice that an applicant will be tested and is not consent to testing. If testing is later required, it will be administered only after the separate written policy and applicant notice required for that program are provided and in accordance with applicable law. Do not submit prescription, disability, treatment, or other medical information through the application.
Background reports
The application itself does not authorize a third-party background report. If one is requested later, any disclosure and authorization will be provided separately from the application, together with other notices required by applicable law.

The public job application does not enroll an applicant in employee operational or scheduling texts.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or malicious content, interfere with operation, introduce harmful code, or use the service in violation of law or another person's rights.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features and may revise these Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, To A Tea Delis disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
